TIM STEMPER

Owner, Broker and Advisor . . . Tim is a descendent of pioneers who arrived in the Milwaukee area in the early 1800's and were active in the initial development of the city and it’s surrounding communities. This connection sparked a particular interest for Tim. He was appointed to serve on the Milwaukee Historic Preservation Commission, where he chaired twice during his 11 years of membership. Tim was a founding member of the Washington Heights Neighborhood Association and is a past board member of the Elmbrook Historical Society. He is also member & past president of the Elm Grove Citizen Police Academy.

Tim has served as Regional State Director and an Executive Committee Vice President for the Wisconsin Realtors Association, where he is a proud member.

Tim has been selling homes in Milwaukee, Waukesha and Ozaukee Counties for
